E Tech Group in Indiana seeks a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive engineering solutions for Life Sciences, Mission Critical, and industrial clients. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and position E Tech Group as a trusted automation partner.

Travel 40–60% across the region, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions. You'll collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and win project orders, reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls industries.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities; build relationships with prospective clients.
• Master solution selling by listening to client challenges and positioning our engineering solutions.
