A leading tech company is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategies for the US market. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Business Development within the Motion Control / Factory Automation industries. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills are essential, along with familiarity in using CRM tools. This role requires significant outreach, and the candidate must be comfortable traveling 50% of the time. A competitive salary package and bonuses are included.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Motion Control / Factory Automation.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and close deals with mid-size to large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of US market landscape (Semiconductor, Laser, Lab Automation).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy for the US market.
• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities in target sectors.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, forecasts, and progress toward targets.
