E Tech Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our markets. You will spearhead new business acquisitions, cultivate strategic client relationships, and craft expansion strategies to widen our market presence.

Ideal candidates bring deep insight into engineering solutions, strong communication, and a proven ability to close high-impact deals that drive revenue. Expect 40%–60% travel to engage clients regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions or industrial automation.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and revenue growth.
• Knowledge of data centers industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business leads and clients.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships across accounts.
• Position E Tech Group as main automation partner with value-driven proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft and close deals.
• Maintain accurate forecasts of bookings and opportunities.
• Develop alliances with vendors and subcontractors.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on market trends.
• Represent the company with professionalism and uphold core values.
