Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth in the U.S. market. The role combines proactive outbound prospecting with inbound qualification and requires building new relationships from scratch.

You will identify target accounts, reach decision-makers, and initiate qualified meetings. This is an onsite, Monday–Friday opportunity in Hackensack, NJ with incentive-driven compensation.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B outbound sales, prospecting, or lead-generation experience.
Proven success in cold calling and generating net-new business opportunities.
Experience researching target accounts and identifying decision-makers.
Experience within industrial automation, engineering, or technical B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and research new target companies and opportunities.
Find and engage key decision-makers.
Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting via multiple channels.
Build prospect lists and relationships from scratch.
Qualify prospects and convert conversations into meetings and opportunities.
Maintain follow-up and document qualification in the CRM.
Handoff qualified opportunities to Sales team.
Respond to inbound opportunities as needed.
