Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Analyze new prospects and assess needs, timeline, and decision-making authority to determine fit.
• Enter accurate record of all prospect interactions in the CRM software and ensure timely follow-up.
• Pass qualified leads to the sales team, schedule appointments for demos and discussion with the goal of closing qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine outreach strategies.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
