Job summary

Industrial Electric Manufacturing is seeking an Accounts Payable Shared Services Senior Manager for a US Remote position. The role leads AP I2P operations, drives standardization, and partners with operations, procurement, finance, and treasury to optimize processes and technology.

You will manage cross-functional teams, implement automation, and ensure compliance and timely audits, reporting to the VP and Corporate Controller.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts payable, ERP payables, and people management.
Extensive AP operations experience in mid-sized to large manufacturing and end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems; experience with Infor Syteline ERP.
Strong change management, process improvement, and automation experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead Invoice-to-Pay teams across 3 North American locations with focus on process improvements.
Analyze workflows to identify root causes and justify improvements across procure-to-pay, including digital solutions.
Direct a collaborative team to design scalable procure-to-pay processes.
Translate strategy into operational goals and roadmaps.
Ensure AP procedures comply with state and federal regulations.
Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely, accurate audits.
