Job summary

IEM is seeking an Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager in Jacksonville, FL, to lead AP operations across North America. You will drive process improvements, standardize procure-to-pay, and partner with operations, procurement, finance, and treasury to enable scalable, compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including experience with ERP payables systems, continuous improvement, and managing others (remote work preferred).
• Extensive accounts payable operations experience in mid-sized to large manufacturing environments and end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP software, preferably Infor Syteline ERP.
• Knowledge of process improvement, business operations, project management, change management, and automation/technology implementations.
• Travel up to 25% for collaboration or process-improvement events.

Responsibilities

• Lead Invoice-to-Pay operations across North America locations with focus on process improvement and talent development.
• Analyze workflows to identify root causes and justify improvements across procure-to-pay using digital solutions.
• Direct a team to design scalable and efficient procure-to-pay processes.
• Translate strategy into operational goals and roadmaps.
• Ensure AP procedures comply with state and federal regulations.
• Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations.
• Facilitate communication with auditors and provide required reports.
