IEM is seeking an Accounts Payable Shared Services Senior Manager to drive the transformation of our AP organization and technology landscape within a growing manufacturing environment. You will design and implement a shared services model for Accounts Payable, collaborating with operations, procurement, finance, and treasury to standardize processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AP experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP payables systems and leading teams, including remote workers.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP software proficiency; process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Invoice-to-Pay across 3 North America locations, focusing on process improvement and coaching.
• Analyze workflows to identify root causes and justify improvements with digital solutions.
• Direct a team to create scalable procure-to-pay processes.
• Translate strategy into operational goals and roadmaps.
• Ensure AP procedures comply with state and federal regulations.
• Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations.
• Facilitate communication with auditors and ensure timely, accurate audits.
