Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is seeking an Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager to transform our AP organization and technology landscape.

The role designs and implements a shared services model for AP, leading a cross-functional team across North America and partnering with operations, procurement, finance, and treasury to standardize and improve processes. You will report to the VP Controller and drive efficiencies while developing talent, leveraging ERP tools like Infor Syteline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 10+ years in AP operations within manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP payables systems and process improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP shared services across North America with focus on process optimization.
• Analyze procure-to-pay workflows and implement digital solutions.
• Direct a team to create scalable procure-to-pay processes.
• Develop strategy into operational goals and roadmaps.
• Ensure AP procedures comply with regulations and assist audits.
• Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide reports as needed.
