Job summary

IEM in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager to lead the AP organization within a growing finance team. The role focuses on designing and implementing a shared services model for AP functions and driving standardization across operations, procurement, finance, and treasury.

The position reports to the VP Controller and requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and change-management capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts payable and ERP systems.
• Experience with mid-sized to large manufacturing procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience managing remote workers preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Invoice-to-Pay team across 3 locations in North America with focus on process improvement and coaching.
• Analyze workflow and identify improvements across procure-to-pay, including digital solutions.
• Direct a team to create scalable procure-to-pay processes.
• Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and roadmaps.
• Ensure AP procedures comply with state and federal regulations.
• Support month-end close with accrual prep and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary reports.
