Job summary

You will drive standardization and efficiency across procure-to-pay processes, working with operations, procurement, finance, and treasury. You will guide process improvements, technology implementations, and talent development while reporting to the VP Controller.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 10+ years in accounts payable, ERP payables, CI, and people management.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP proficiency; experience with process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) operations across North America locations.
• Identify and implement procure-to-pay improvements and digital solutions.
• Coach and develop AP teams; ensure compliance and timely month-end close.
• Translate strategy into operational goals and roadmaps.
• Ensure AP procedures comply with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary reconciliations.
• Travel up to 25% for collaboration and process-improvement events.
