Job summary

IEM is seeking an Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager to transform our AP operations and design a unified, scalable shared services model. You will partner with operations, procurement, finance, and treasury to standardize processes, improve technology, and develop talent.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance required.
10+ years of AP experience, including ERP payables systems and leading others.
Experience with mid-sized to large manufacturing AP operations and end-to-end P2P.
Strong Excel and ERP/MRP software proficiency (Infor Syteline preferred).
Knowledge of process improvement, business operations, project/change management, and tech implementations.
Ability to travel up to 25% for collaboration and process-improvement events.

Responsibilities

Lead Invoice‑to‑Pay (I2P) operations across 3 NA locations with emphasis on process improvement and team development.
Analyze workflows to identify root causes and justify improvements across procure-to-pay with digital solutions.
Direct a troubleshooting-oriented team to create scalable, efficient procure-to-pay processes.
Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and roadmaps.
Ensure AP procedures comply with state and federal regulations.
Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors and provide reports for timely, accurate audits.
