Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to build and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. The role focuses on understanding administrative support needs, managing expectations, and coordinating with nearshore and onshore teams to deliver services.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and dashboards to tell data-driven stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant relationship management experience.
• Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand admin support needs.
• Act as main contact with PPMDDs and coordinate with nearshore/onshore teams.
• Identify and address potential quality issues or risks.
• Improve administrative processes and overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring admin support.
• Provide outreach for feedback on admin services.
• Maintain daily check-ins and open communication channels.
