EY is hiring in the United States for a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaborative work with nearshore management, and ensuring client satisfaction with administrative services.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6–8 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office and data storytelling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience in relationship management or client servicing.
• Experience with MS Office (especially Excel), dashboards, and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with 450+ Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors.
• Identify, track, and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
• Serve as main point of contact for PPMDDs and collaborate with nearshore management.
• Improve administrative processes and efficiency across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
• Conduct outreach to obtain feedback on administrative support experiences.
