Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. You will understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with administrative services, working collaboratively with nearshore and onshore management to optimize support.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, across a hybrid EY environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards, and reporting metrics as storytelling data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their admin support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Improve administrative processes to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
