Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs). The role focuses on understanding needs, ensuring satisfaction with services, and collaborating with nearshore management to optimize administrative support.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative interactions.
• Assist in planning and executing projects requiring administrative support.
