Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to build and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs) and to ensure satisfaction with our administrative services. The role requires superb communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration across nearshore and onshore teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
6–8 years relevant experience.
Experience with MS Office, dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs and maintain professional relationships with local management.
Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
Monitor compliance with company policies in all administrative interactions.
Assist in planning and execution of projects requiring administrative support.
