• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in relationship or client management.
• Experience using MS Office and Excel; able to build dashboards and tell data-backed stories.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand administrative support needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact with PPMDDs and ensure timely responses.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Improve administrative processes and drive efficiency across the organization.
• Coordinate with nearshore and onshore management to enhance service delivery.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies to ensure compliant interactions.
