Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. The role focuses on understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction with administrative services, while collaborating with nearshore management for optimal support.

The position emphasizes communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience in client relationship or similar roles.
• Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450 plus PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with local management to foster trust and collaboration.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
• Assist with challenging or out of scope PPMDDs requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
