Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors, ensuring satisfaction with our administrative services.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, excellent communication, and collaboration with nearshore management to optimize administrative support and risk management across the organization. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel), dashboards and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their administrative support needs.
• Maintain professional relationship with local management to foster trust and collaboration.
• Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
• Assist with challenging or out of scope PPMDDs requests or escalations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.
• Resolve administrative issues and conflicts promptly.
• Assist in planning and executing projects requiring administrative support.
• Conduct outreach to obtain feedback on administrative support experience.
• Maintain open lines of communication for updates and problem-solving.
