Job summary

Pleasant Holidays is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager for the PH territory to accelerate growth by partnering with AAA travel advisors and branch leadership. This field-based role emphasizes in-person visits and consultative selling to expand adoption of Member First products and services.

You will develop data-informed territory plans, manage engagements with AAA branches, and lead trainings, events, and campaigns that drive revenue while maintaining strong advisor relationships and CRM

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in sales, business development, strategic account management, or client-facing growth roles.
• Travel industry experience is strongly preferred, especially supporting travel advisors and AAA clubs.
• Ability to analyze sales data and use CRM, reporting, MS Office, social media, and AI tools to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to grow revenue with AAA travel advisors and branches.
• Lead in-person and virtual training, onboarding, and sales activations to strengthen advisor capability.
• Manage performance through data, CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasting; coordinate events and campaigns.
