Pleasant Holidays seeks a Strategic Account Manager to accelerate growth by partnering exclusively with AAA travel advisors and branch leadership across an assigned territory. You will develop and execute territory plans, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable revenue growth through frequent in-person visits to AAA branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability in strategic account management and consultative selling.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategy and growth plans across AAA branches and advisors.
• Engage AAA advisors to drive adoption, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Visit AAA branches in-person to build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead education sessions, trainings, and events to strengthen advisor capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Operations, Reservations, and Customer Experience teams.
