Job summary

Pleasant Holidays is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to accelerate growth by partnering with AAA travel advisors and branch leadership in a defined territory. The role emphasizes frequent in-person visits, strategic planning, and ongoing advisor engagement to drive adoption of Member First products and services.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution, consultative selling, and a passion for helping travel advisors grow their businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Travel industry experience preferred with AAA clubs.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategy and growth plans.
• Drive revenue growth through assigned accounts and campaigns.
• Engage branch leaders and advisors to expand adoption and share of wallet.
• Lead in-person visits to AAA branches to build relationships.
• Provide education, trainings, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, and Operations.
