Zusammenfassung

Pleasant Holidays is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to accelerate growth by partnering with AAA travel advisors and branch leadership across an extensive territory. You will develop territory and account strategies, drive engagement, and convert market opportunities into revenue growth through Member First products and support.

This field-based role requires frequent in-person AAA branch visits, strong consultative selling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, strategic account management, or a similar client-facing growth role.
• Travel industry experience preferred, especially supporting travel advisors, clubs, and partners.
• Proven ability to develop strategy, execute business plans, grow revenue, and build trusted relationships.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, facilitation, and active-listening skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop territory strategy and growth plans with data-informed prioritization.
• Drive revenue growth by translating opportunities into business plans and measurable results.
• Visit AAA branches in person to build trusted relationships and identify opportunities.
• Lead events, trainings, and advisory sessions to boost adoption of Member First products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, and Operations to execute priorities.
