Job summary

Pleasant Holidays is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to accelerate growth by partnering with AAA travel advisors and branch leadership across a multi-state territory. The role emphasizes frequent in-person visits, strategic planning, and driving advisor engagement to increase adoption of Member First products and services.

The position requires 5+ years in sales or account management, strong consultative selling, and travel industry insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in sales/BD/strategic account management or similar client-facing role.
• Travel industry experience preferred, especially with AAA clubs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategy and growth plans across assigned regions.
• Engage AAA branches and advisors through in-person visits and consultative conversations.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding advisor activation, adoption, and production.
