Pleasant Holidays is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to accelerate growth by partnering with AAA travel advisors and branch leadership across an assigned territory. You will drive territory strategies, enhance advisor engagement, and expand Member First product adoption through in-person visits, coaching, and targeted campaigns.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring travel up to 70% and a proven track record in sales growth, account management, and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or strategic accounts.
• Travel industry experience preferred; experience helping travel advisors.

Responsibilities

• Create data-informed growth plans for clubs, branches, and advisors.
• Own sales, activation, retention, and engagement objectives.
• Develop account growth plans with branch leadership and campaigns.
• Conduct in-person advisor visits and branch meetings to identify opportunities.
• Lead training, onboarding, webinars, and activations to boost selling capability.
• Analyze CRM data, forecast, and report performance accurately.
