Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from initial contact to signed contracts. You will close complex opportunities where a single agreement covers many locations and serves as a blueprint for expansion.

Leads come from our sales development team or inbound inquiries, with a focus on senior living operators and home care agencies that span multiple communities. Expect long, consultative cycles and high-impact wins.

Qualifications

• Deal closing experience on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing strategic, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Manage engagements with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
