Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings to signed contracts. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

The role focuses on long, consultative cycles, expansion to additional locations and services, and closing deals that cover entire groups. You will work with a small number of high-impact accounts and no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of closing $1M+ annually.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Comfort with long, consultative cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer candidates who enjoy closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signings.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
