Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. Your focus is closing high-value opportunities with owners and regional operators across locations, leveraging inbound and SD-led meetings.

You will manage long, consultative sales cycles and expand strategically once deals are signed, driving growth across services for senior living groups.

Competenze

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand by adding more locations and services after signings.
• Develop proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
