Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving senior living operators and home care agencies, seeks a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living. You own top multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts, guiding complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations across locations.

You will work with our sales development team and inbound leads to close. The role emphasizes strategic, long-cycle sales with senior living owners and regional operators, without management duties.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living operators or marketing services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
