Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first contact to signed contracts. You will work with senior living operators and home care groups, guided by our inbound leads and SDR outreach, focusing on high-value engagements.

The role emphasizes long, consultative sales cycles, cross-location expansion, and strategic negotiation with owners and regional marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• A proven record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deal cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in decisions.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after sign-on.
• Collaborate with strategists to craft compelling proposals for key deals.
