Blacksmith Agency seeks a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. You will manage accounts across operators and home care groups, coordinating with our sales development team and inbound leads to focus on closing.

Ideal candidates close $1M+ annually, sell to multi-location buyers in the senior living space, and thrive in long, stakeholder-rich negotiations rather than people management roles.

Competenze

• Proven ability to close multi-location or enterprise accounts at or above $1M annually.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Preference for revenue generation over people management responsibilities.

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposals, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders in deals.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing a group.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for major deals.
