Paycom Software Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (Client Relations Representative) to retain and grow existing client relationships.

You will drive retention and revenue growth by understanding client needs, presenting Paycom solutions, and delivering value at the executive level. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, conducting business reviews, and traveling up to 75% to meet clients in person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in strategic sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Ability to present to executive decision makers and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand existing client relationships to meet retention and revenue goals.
• Lead client discussions to understand needs and opportunities for Paycom solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews, present performance metrics, and propose strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and Transition teams to ensure smooth client ownership transitions.
• Travel up to 75% to visit clients and deliver face-to-face meetings weekly.
