Job summary

One Call is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure satisfaction across our services. You will lead account plans, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value for our clients.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work across levels of management, including executive contacts. Remote-first environment with potential travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales or equivalent experience required; 5 years or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Significant focus on client retention and developing/executing account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and value proposition to clients.
• Develop relationships with desk-level buyers and ensure accurate CRM content.
