Job summary

One Call is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with clients, drive revenue growth, and align services with One Call’s corporate strategy. You will support senior leaders in service delivery and relationship development across Corporate and Regional Accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years in sales, with 5+ years preferred. A remote-friendly environment is offered with strong CRM and data visibility tools to enable success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales or equivalent experience required; 5 years or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Significant focus on client retention and developing/executing account plans to ensure revenue growth.
• Demonstrates product knowledge including solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
• Leverages client-facing data to reinforce One Call value proposition.
• Provides accurate and timely sales forecasts.
• Develops relationships with desk-level buyers to drive revenue.
