Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach front-end and service operations to meet KPIs.
• Experience with POS and Self-Checkout systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store and ensure consistent execution of brand standards.
• Coach team to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (balloons, parties, and Knit & Sew Shop).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plans to drive retention.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
