The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store, driving sales results and a superior customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and effective coaching.

You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, manage POS and Self-Checkout, drive omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery), and promote loyalty programs and protection plans while developing the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and operational expectations.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support omni-channel services.
