Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to deliver selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to improve customer experience.
• Drive sales and service KPIs through coaching and daily execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store operations.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Support loyalty program enrollment and protection plan offerings.
• Train and develop team across assigned departments.
• Maintain asset protection and shrink prevention.
