Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in our United States store. You will model best-in-class customer experience, drive selling behaviors, and ensure operational excellence across front-end, POS and service areas.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee store programs, and execute brand standards while delivering strong KPI results in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and early shifts are required.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams to achieve KPIs.
• Strong customer-focused approach and selling behaviors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach, train and develop team members through structured onboarding.
• Ensure asset protection and safe, compliant store operations.
