Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations across the store, driving selling behaviors and brand standards. You will coach the team, manage MOD coverage, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while meeting KPI targets.

The role involves overseeing POS and omni-channel fulfillment, promotions, and loyalty programs, with a focus on protecting assets and delivering strong sales results across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Coach selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout systems and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services adoption.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skills.
