Job summary

The Michaels Companies Salisbury store is seeking a committed Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive strong sales while delivering an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach associates, and ensure consistent application of brand standards across daily activities.

Responsibilities include supervising SOP adherence, managing POS operations, and enabling omni-channel services while promoting loyalty programs and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout a store
• Strong customer-focused coaching and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and in-store programs
• Drive loyalty enrollment and omni-channel order fulfillment
• Train and develop team members across departments
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction
