You will coach team members on selling behaviors, manage MOD coverage, oversee POS, BOPIS, and in-store programs, and partner with departments to ensure brand standards and strong KPI results.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations to support smooth transactions and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits.
• Drive sales and omni-channel execution, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, across departments.
