Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a store team to achieve sales targets and deliver strong customer experience.
• Strong coaching and communication skills for a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and ensure smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
