The Michaels Companies, Superior store, seeks a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team. You will ensure SOP compliance, optimize customer experience, and manage daily store activities from opening to close.

Strong leadership and coaching are required to achieve KPI targets and maintain brand standards. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS accuracy, loyalty programs, and omni-channel order fulfillment.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience, including leading front-end/service teams.
• Coach staff to deliver strong Customer Experience and KPI results.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed across store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members, manage asset protection and safety.
