• Must have 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Able to lead operations and drive sales KPIs.

• Lead store team and ensure SOP compliance.

• Oversee front-end operations, POS and self-checkout usage.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives like BOPIS and same-day delivery.
• Manage loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
• Support protection plans and extended services adoption.
• Train and develop team members and protect assets.
