You will coach staff, ensure SOP compliance, manage MOD coverage, and oversee programs like Loyalty Rewards, Balloons, and Knit & Sew Shop operations, with a focus on omni‑channel fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to manage Front‑end and service operations
• Strong customer‑focused coaching and leadership skills
• Knowledge of SOPs and company programs

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager‑on‑Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self‑Checkout operations to support smooth transactions.
• Oversee in‑store programs and events (Balloons, Birthday parties).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits.
• Drive shop‑level sales and omni‑channel execution (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination in select locations.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
