You will handle cash, inventory, and basic payroll while promoting guest service and adherence to company policies. The position requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to store image and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
• Flexibility to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Able to communicate, count, read and write accurately; basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, train and discipline non-exempt employees; uphold operational standards.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory; assist investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variances.
• Maintain business records; review cashier accountability sheets and prescribed records.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll and related admin duties per cash control policies.
• Manage cash deposits and change orders; ensure store opening standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure store safety and environmental guidelines compliance; coordinate gas deliveries.
