Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Massachusetts to supervise staff, coach performance, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You will manage cash handling, POS operations, and adherence to safety policies while maintaining stock and responding to guest inquiries.

The role requires flexible hours and the ability to access all store areas, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring task execution per management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests to create a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels for supervised staff.
• Ensure store housekeeping duties are completed.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards.
• Replenish products to maintain stock.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
