Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Massachusetts to lead store staff and ensure a high standard of guest experience. You will supervise employees, coach performance, greet guests, and uphold safety, security, quality and operational policies.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, managing cash processes, replenishing stock, addressing guest inquiries, and checking in vendors, all while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline staff and coaching performance.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to greet guests professionally.
• Ability to follow safety, security, quality and store procedures.
• Experience handling POS transactions and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce store policies and procedures regarding safety, security and operations.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels with supervision.
• Ensure housekeeping tasks are completed and the store stays clean and organized.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Process cash, deposits, gift cards and checks as applicable.
• Replenish stock to maintain in-stock conditions and assist guests.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with vendors according to guidelines.
