Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff and ensure top-notch guest experiences in the store. You will supervise daily tasks, coach team members, and uphold safety and cash-handling standards while maintaining store cleanliness and in-stock conditions.

Responsibilities

Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties as directed by management.
Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash levels with supervised staff.
Ensure all store housekeeping tasks are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
Support 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
Maintain stock levels and replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
